How do you conduct your reviews?

We have a team of at least three testers who all try out a tablet for at least a week. At the end of that time we have a conference and discuss the advantages and disadvantages. If there is something we don't like, we'll tell you.

What are your shipping charges?

Unlike most online sellers we don't charge shipping.

If you need to send a laptop back then we'll provide you with a pre-payed envelope.

What is your returns policy?

If you order a tablet and can't get on with it then let us know in the first 10 days. We'll send you a return envelope and you can either have a full refund or we can send you another one.

If you drop your tablet or get it wet then I'm afraid that's on you. However, if there is a manufacturing fault in the first year please do let us know and we'll replace it.
